We’re seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you’ll play a vital role in crafting and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns that drive results for our clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with target audiences
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.)
- Create engaging content (blog posts, social media content, email newsletters) that educates and inspires
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing (or a strong desire to learn)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools
- A passion for storytelling and building engaging narratives
- A strong understanding of paid advertising best practices
- Creativity and a willingness to experiment
- A positive attitude, a collaborative spirit, and a drive to learn and grow
Bonus Points:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Experience in video editing or graphic design
- Familiarity with Atlantic Canadian businesses and the local market
